Smart Tools for Small Businesses
I worked with Adaptive Lab on a three months project to help Barclays redefine their online services for small businesses.
I was part of a team of four designers working in design sprints with our stakeholders from Barclays. One of the concepts that made it through the sprints, and the one I developed in the end, explored the creation of a Dashboard where small business owners can have a quick overview of the health of their business, including cash flow, social media activity, and smart predictive tools.
In only a few weeks I went through several rounds of concept refinement and user research and it was a really good example of working in a lean way to achieve a big impact within a short time.
SmartBusiness is now available for UK customers.
